报告人简介：谢立华，IEEE Fellow、IFAC Fellow、IEEE 杰出教授、IEEE Control Systems Society理事会议员、新加坡南洋理工大学电气及电子工程学院教授。分别于1983年和1986年在南京理工大学获得学士学位和硕士学位，并于1992年在澳大利亚纽卡索大学获得博士学位。主要研究领域包括网络控制、多智能体系统、传感器网络、压缩感知、定位和无人系统等。自2014年以来，他多次被美国科睿唯安（Clarivate Analytics）和汤森路透(Thomson Routers)评为全球高被引科学家。现担任 Unmanned Systems 主编，IEEE Transactions on Control of Network Systems 副主编。曾担任 IET Book Series in Control主编，还曾担任IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology以及IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems-II等国际著名期刊的副主编。
